  1. Eligibility for Refunds Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

    • If the service provided does not meet the agreed-upon scope as outlined in the service agreement or contract.
    • If work has not yet commenced on the project and a cancellation request is made in writing within 7 days of the payment date.
    • If there are significant delays in service delivery that are solely caused by Ecommstars and are not due to client inaction or lack of communication.
  2. Non-Refundable Circumstances Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

    • If the client has approved and accepted the final delivery of services, including but not limited to Amazon Product Photography, Copywriting, Listing Optimization, and Amazon Account Management.
    • For services that have already been rendered and completed as per the agreement.
    • If delays or issues arise due to the client’s failure to provide necessary information, materials, or approvals in a timely manner.
    • For dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences or if the service was executed in accordance with the agreed-upon scope.
  3. Partial Refunds In certain cases, a partial refund may be issued if the client has made an advance payment but wishes to cancel the project after some work has been completed. The amount of the refund will be determined based on the proportion of work already performed.

    • Upon receipt of your request, we will review the situation and respond within 7 business days. If a refund is approved, the funds will be returned using the original payment method within 14 business days.
